 1.⁠ ⁠Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Core Cre8tive Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 2.⁠ ⁠Services

We provide social media marketing and influencer marketing services, including but not limited to:

Content creation (UGC)

Social media management

Influencer partnerships

Paid advertising campaigns

Strategy and consulting

All services will be agreed in writing before commencement.

 3.⁠ ⁠Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice

A deposit may be required before work begins

Remaining balances must be paid within 30 days of invoice

Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees

 4.⁠ ⁠Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide all necessary information, assets, and approvals in a timely manner

Ensure any content provided does not infringe on third-party rights

Communicate clearly and promptly throughout the project

Delays in communication may impact delivery timelines.

 5.⁠ ⁠Campaign Performance

While we aim to deliver strong results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as:

Sales

Follower growth

Engagement levels

Performance may vary depending on market conditions, audience behaviour, and platform algorithms.

 6.⁠ ⁠Influencer Collaborations

We act as a facilitator between brands and influencers

Final approval of influencers rests with the client

We are not liable for influencer behaviour, missed deliverables, or performance unless explicitly managed under contract

 7.⁠ ⁠Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions are included as agreed in your package

Additional revisions or changes outside scope may incur extra fees

 8.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property

Final approved and paid-for content may be used by the client

We reserve the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes

Any third-party content remains subject to its original licensing

 9.⁠ ⁠Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

10.⁠ ⁠Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice

Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid for

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

11.⁠ ⁠Liability

Core Cre8tive Ltd shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Platform outages, algorithm changes, or account restrictions

Losses arising from third-party services (e.g. influencers, ad platforms)

12.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or platform disruptions.

13.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

14.⁠ ⁠Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
